Booked As a one off service the price is $15 per m2 this includes the partial clear out and put back furniture ect
When included as part of a fixed price package or booked as needed under a flexi service arrangement the price is charged on either an hourly rate or price per m2 which ever one works out cheaper
Fixed price packages- cost is spread over 52 weeks when added before the service started. When added to the package throughout the year cost will be spread over the remaining number of weeks and is eligible for cost discount if you choose to pre pay and save
Flexi service packages charged in either hourly or per m2 rate which ever is cheaper however service will be added into usual invoice cycle
